Do you require a security deposit?
Yes, we require half of the venue fee as your non-refundable security deposit.

What rentals are included with the venue?
We provide the tables, chairs, and lounge furniture. Barware is included with your bar package! 

When can I visit?
We show the venue by appointment only this way we can focus on you and your needs. Please contact us to inquire or schedule a consultation.

Is there a rehearsal?
Yes, when you book with us, we offer a one-hour rehearsal the week of your wedding.

Is your site handicap accessible?
Yes, it is.

Do I need liability insurance?
Yes, you will need day-of liability insurance. Our insurance covers the property for general liability; however, your insurance will need to cover any unforeseen issues related to you and your guests. This additional insurance covers both of us for roughly $125.

Do you require security?
We do not require that you have security.

How many guests can you accommodate?
We can accommodate up to 120 seated guests or 200 for a cocktail party.

How long do we get on the property?
You get the full venue for 24 hours with vendors able to load in as early as 8 AM and load out the next day at 8 AM!

How late can we stay in the evening?
If the music is playing, the reception can keep going! We can have outdoor music playing until 11:00 PM and indoor music until 1:00AM.

Do you recommend vendors?
Yes, once you sign the contract with us, we will provide a list of our preferred, experienced vendors.

Is a coordinator included?
We do not provide a coordinator; however, we do offer a $600 credit if you choose to work with Tricia Dahlgren Events, our in-house coordinator.

Can we pick our own caterer?
We have a list of preferred caterers, but as long as you get prior approval from Hart & Main and they are licensed and insured, we should be able to accommodate.

Do you have a place for the bride and groom to get ready?
Yes! We have a custom bridal suite with hair stations and a champagne bar and a custom groom suite with a barber chair and a TV to get ready for the big day!
