Meet The Team
Rob and Lisa Younkin have been actively investing in real estate since 2012, when they purchased a single-family rental in Palmdale, CA. Since that time, they have gone on to acquire ownership interests in over 20 properties. Rob and Lisa have invested in a diverse set of properties, ranging from passive investments with Rob’s corporate finance clients on multifamily assets to active investments in residential/multifamily, self-storage and retail. Given Rob’s upbringing as the son of a contractor and his prior ownership of a construction company, Rob and Lisa prefer investments that require significant upgrades/improvements as well as new development.
As residents of Santa Clarita since 2005, they have the advantageous perspective as the “target customer", which provides an enhanced lens into what the community needs and wants. As a result, the couple has gone on to acquire another property on Main Street and is currently under contract to purchase a 3rd property. The investment thesis is that a clustered investment approach will benefit all the assets concurrently as well as individually as we advance the City of Santa Clarita’s vision to turn Main Street in to an Arts and Entertainment destination. Beyond real estate, Rob and Lisa are focused on raising their three children to be good-hearted human beings. They have 2 dogs and are extremely fortunate to have both sets of parents alive, healthy, and living with 10 minutes of them. They work hard for the present and future benefit of their family, just like their parents and grandparents have done for them.

Kim Williams has over 20 years of experience as a landscape designer and contractor in the Santa Clarita Valley and Los Angeles areas. She has dedicated her career to building beautiful, creative, and functional indoor-outdoor spaces. The garden elements are key to the unique indoor-outdoor atmosphere of Hart & Main, making it a perfect project for Kim!
Mike Miller understands hospitality and what it means to make each client and their guests feel well cared for, due to his twenty years in the restaurant industry. Mike will manage the bar and kitchen programs at Hart & Main. Using his wide breadth of knowledge, Mike will work to design and execute food and drink packages personal to the clients’ tastes and wishes, to ensure a memorable event.
Jordan Pereyra runs the sales and marketing at Hart & Main. She has over thirteen years of experience in the hospitality industry. Her expertise in sales and marketing, management and communication is extremely valuable as she handles all of the leads, bookings, contracts, financials and administrative work at Hart & Main. Jordan is so excited to share Hart & Main with the community and work with such incredible clients!
Tricia Maldonado is living out her passion as the owner and lead event manager of Tricia Dahlgren Events. Tricia has been working in the event industry and as an event manager for over 15 years. Her clients appreciate her ability to execute flawless and unforgettable events! She could not imagine doing anything else!
