Do you require a deposit?

Yes, we require half of the venue fee and estimated bar package as your non-refundable security deposit due upon signing. There is also a $1000 refundable security deposit due 15 days before your event.

What rentals are included with the venue?

We provide the tables, chairs, and lounge furniture. Barware is included with your bar package!

Do I need liability insurance?

Yes, you will need day-of liability insurance. Our insurance covers the property for general liability; however, your insurance will need to cover any unforeseen issues related to you and your guests.

How many guests can you accommodate?

We can accommodate up to 120 guests seated with in-house tables and chairs, up to 150 guests seated with outside rentals, or 200 for a cocktail party.
